Method
- fry bacon, chop and set aside
- boil potatoes until fork tender, boil sausage and add kale into the potatoes in the last 6 minutes to cook.
- set the sausage to the side and mash the potatoes and kale together ,then add the butter and milk and seasonings
Make the gravy
- Melt the butter then add flour and cook 1 minute, slowly add beef broth whisking constantly until it thickens.
- serve with seeded mustard and sliced sausage. top the potato's with bacon and gravy.
