This dressing is BY FAR my favorite salad dressing ever. When I found out how easy it was to make at home, I was SHOOK… and now i’m hooked!!

This is SO easy Just these ingredients and they get blended up in a blender and it’s done!

2 celery chopped 
3 carrot peeled and chopped 
1/4 yellow onion chopped 
1/2in piece fresh ginger chopped 
Sesame oil, splash
3tbsp sugar 
1tbsp salt 
1/4 pepper 
1/2c avocado oil 
1/4c rice vinegar 
1tbsp +2tsp soy sauce
iceberg lettuce, sliced carrots for salad 

Ginger Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 2 celery chopped

  • Sesame oil splash
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/4 pepper
  • 1/2 c avocado oil
  • 1/4 c rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp +2tsp soy sauce
  • iceberg lettuce sliced carrots for salad

Method
 

  1. This is pretty easy, just blend everything in a blender to as chunky or smooth as you would like!
