- Grate 4 peeled potatoes, and squeeze out a little liquid if too liquid, grate onion and add it in with potatoes, add 2tbsp flour, 1 egg, salt and dill or parsley.
- In a skillet add the avocado oil and heat on medium, once hot, spoon small portions of the potato mixture in the hot oil, you want the edges to be same thickness all around, fry 3 min on each side on medium heat or until they're browned and crispy. remove and place on paper towel. served with sour cream!
