Preheat oven to 375
Make the dough
- Combine the flour, baking powder, salt and seasonings on a dough mat or counter top.
- Make an Indent in the flour mixture and add the yogurt. Cover the yogurt with flour and start carefully folding the yogurt until you've formed a dough, knead for a couple minutes, cover and prepare your toppings.
- Divide the dough into 2 or 4 pieces depending on how big you want them.
- Roll each ball out on a lightly floured surface. For 2 pockets, make them 8 inch round and for 4 pocket, make them 6 inch rounds.
- on one half, leaving 1/2in around the sides, Add a little sauce, cheese and the rest of your toppings.
- Fold over the empty half and pinch the edges together, then twist and pinch the edges all the way around.
- Poke holes in the top with a fork to allow for ventilation.
- Place them on an oiled baking tray and bake them for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
